we have an accident in bel air at main street and homestead streets. another went along pulaski highway as you travel through the white marsh region. 95 running smoothly at this hour. one to get on to the north side, 58 over towards the towson region. 62 on southbound 795. on to the west side, running smoothly so far this morning. here's a quick, live look at traffic. 95 at the fort mchenry, building volume. everything running smoothly at the harbor tunnel. this is pulaski highway where it meets white marsh boulevard. problem free at this portion of pulaski boulevard. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> homicide detectives are

handling a late-night shooting in northeast baltimore. police responded just after 10:30 last night. officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. the investigation continues into another late-night shooting. police say it happened after 9:00 p.m. on east 21st street. a male victim sustained non- life-threatening injuries. >> a rash of car victims has residence on alert. kim dacey is live in towson with tips on how residents can protect themselves. >> police say most of these were crimes of opportunities. people left their cars unlocked. some with the garage door opener still attached to the visor. police say there's a string of at least 30 car break-ins over

the past two weeks. homeowners say they rifled through the cars and stolen things like credit cards and bags. in some cases, the thieves got the garage door openers in the cars and let themselves in, stealing valuables there, too. police are reiterating the importance of locking your car doors and making sure you don't have any valuables in plain sight. that is advice homeowners in the area are taking. >> there are neighbors who have been here for a long time who have said this has never happened in this neighborhood but now we have to be more vigilant. so i think people are helping each other remind each other to close garage doors and lock car doors and things like that. i certainly will not be leaving any car doors open. >> police do think these cases are related but don't have any suspects. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the search is on for two suspects accused of attacking a man outside his home.

the suspect approached a man on monday asking to use a phone. the homeowner refuse. the person returned and struck the person in the head. anyone with information should call the carroll county sheriff's office. >> a suspended fire paramedic was accused of assaulting a patient. shaun white slammed a woman onto a stretcher. the altercation was partly captured on surveillance video. one disagrees with the police description of what happened. >> there's no audience of the tape. i see a combative patient a shaun trying to restrain her. do i think the patient care was at the utmost? no. >> the incident is a personnel

chance for severe weather. a high temperature near 79. we will check the seven-day forecast going all the way into the weekend. >> residents in several neighborhoods are on edge this morning after a series of car break-ins. >> kim dacey joins us live from towson with the latest on the case and how residents can protect themselves. good morning. >> good morning. police say most are crimes of opportunity. people have left their cars open. some with the garage door opener still clipped to the visor. ivy church road sits in a quiet part of timonium. the large yards and peaceful atmosphere enticed amanda and her husband to move their family here three months ago. she said they grew lax about locking doors because they felt so safe, until about 10 days ago. >> during the night, someone came in, opened cars that were open in the neighborhood, and my husband's car was one of

them. he had some work credit cards in his car. a diaper bag got stolen, which they got nothing out of. >> police tell us the thieves hit about 20 cars in the neighborhood that night, including three at one house. >> the first car i went to, everything was all over the car. i thought it was one of my kids. >> most of the cars were easy targets because they were unlocked. there have been 30 break-ins over the past two weeks. in several cases, police say the thieves got a hold of garage door openers in the cars and let themselves in, stealing valuables. the break-ins haven't changed the way they feel about their new home. but they are listening to the reminder from police not to leave anything valuable visible in your car and to make sure it is always locked. >> there are neighbors who have been here for a long time who have said this has never happened in this neighborhood but now we have to be more vigilant. so i think people are helping each other remind each other to close garage doors and lock car doors and things like that. i certainly will not be leaving

>> welcome back to 11 news today. 6:44. a deadly late-night shooting in northeast baltimore. the victim was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. this was around 10:30 last night. the victim did not survive.

police believe the man was shot during a robbery at sam. ends with road rage and i two people injured. police say brandy ames got into a fight and then escalated when ames got back behind the wheel of her car and pinned another woman. ames also struck a witness to the fight that was taking pictures. if french court has ordered all digital copies of topless photos of the duchess of cambridge. the pictures were taken while sunbathing at a friend's home.
